I was previuosly suffers from slow response time from surfing the internet while I was with my old ISP. Despite I had a 1.5Mbps connection, because the delays was from the domain naming resolution, its slow down the loading of the page by 1 to 2 seconds.
Looking through OpenDNS site, it suggests it makes dns resolution smarter by "guessing" what you are trying to get to, e.g. gogole.com -> google.com, yahoo.cmo -> yahoo.com. You get the idea.
I am sure it is definately smarter but I will still need to see if it is really faster then my current isps' name servers.
